Fort of Bard

Fortified complex built in the nineteenth century by the Savoyard House on a rocky hill above Bard. After many years of neglect, the fort has been completely restored. In 2006, the Alps Museum was opened here. In summer, the main courtyard is used to organize musical and theater performances.
