Torc Falls is one of the greatest attractions in Ireland's Killarney National Park. A picturesque road leads to it from the nearest town: Killarney. The waterfall itself is estimated to be about 20 meters high and it is commonly believed that it looks most impressive after the heavy downpours, which are easy to find in this region of Ireland.
To visit the waterfall, we can take the popular long hiking route through Killarney National Park - recommended primarily for its beautiful scenery. Torc is located on the main tourist route of the region - the Ring of Kerry - and is its main attraction. For this reason, excursions are organized here, but we can also get to the facility by bus or car. In addition to the main attraction, there is a souvenir shop and a viewpoint over the Killarney park.
