The 21-meter observation tower can be visited by buying a guided tour. The domed hall serves as an exhibition, concert and wedding hall. The name of the tower comes from Elisabeth Ludovika from Bavaria, called Elise, wife of Frederick William IV. It was built in 1838 on the foundation of an old windmill from 1812 as an observatory.
