A luthier museum showing the traditions of making string instruments in Mittenwald. The famous luthier Matthias Klotz worked here, whose descendants made violins, lutes, violas, basses and many other instruments until the 20th century. The museum has two exhibitions. The first shows the instruments produced by the Klotz family and the history of their factory, the second is related to the history of the city.
