The oldest cemetery in Bonn. It was founded in 1715 and initially soldiers were buried there. It was regularly used until the end of the 19th century, when a new cemetery was opened. Many people of culture and art are buried here, including Robert Schummann, August Wilhelm Schlegel, and mother of Ludwig van Beethoven.
