Calanque and beach of En-Vau

Calanque d'En-Vau is one of several dozen picturesque coves located on the southern coast of France. It is surrounded by limestone cliffs, and there is a small pebble beach below.

Calanaque is the name of the bays characteristic of the French coast around Marseille. They are narrow and cut quite far into the land. Many of them can only be reached on foot or from the sea.
