Headland of Kerpenhir
Local name: Pointe de Kerpenhir
The peninsula is located in the town of Locmariaquer (Morbihan), which together with the Navalo Port lighthouse marks the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan. It is surrounded by rocks with a 2.70 meter granite statue of Our Lady of Kerdro, carved by Jules-Charles Le Bozec. Before 1940, there was also an old fort here.
