The 5 km long sandy beach is highly valued by windsurfers and kitesurfers due to Mistral and by families with children for a shallow bathing beach reaching far into the sea. Along the coast, there is a salt road leading to vast salinas (shallow pools for evaporating sea water and obtaining salt).
