Convent of the Cordeliers

The 13th-century monastery is one of the first Franciscan foundations in Provence. The congregation declined in the 18th century, and the monastery complex served as an economic building for the local farm for many decades. Currently, it is the seat of the European University of Flavors and Tastes, a private university founded in 2005.
