Lérins Abbey

The history of the Cistercian monastery on the island dates back to the 5th century, with the current buildings from the 11th century. The monastery is surrounded by vineyards, in which wine and liqueur is produced. The fortified monastery is located next to the sea, which provides picturesque views during sightseeing.
