Opened in 2008, the museum is located in tunnels dug in the former quarries in 1917 in preparation for the Battle of Arras. In addition to the corridors, visitors can see an exhibition devoted to British and Commonwelth troops fighting here, including New Zealand sappers who built the tunnel system.
