The modern ski resort covers an area on the slopes of the Pirin Mountains, at an altitude of 1,100 to 2,500 m above sea level. There are 15 routes of varying difficulty here, with a total length of 70 km. Among them, there are 6 easy runs, 7 intermediate runs and 2 difficult runs, intended only for experienced skiers.
Tourists have at their disposal a dozen or so cable railways, chairlifts and T-bar lifts, the routes of which are over 7 km long. There are ski and snowboard schools here, where you can take advantage of the advice of experienced and qualified instructors.
The ski season usually lasts longer here than elsewhere in the country - normally it starts in mid-December and closes only at the end of April or May.
