The facility is dedicated to Anselm Adornes (1424-1483), a merchant and politician from Genoa. The exhibition presents a film, documents and personal items illustrating the fate of Anselm's descendants. The museum is part of the Adornesdomein - a complex (consisting of the Jerusalem Chapel, museum and store), which has remained the Adornes' property since the 15th century.
