Planai

Planai is one of the two main entrances to the Schladming mountain lifts. The complex has a total of 115 km of ski runs with 20 lifts. Currently, these are the most professionally prepared ski slopes in Austria. Planai regularly hosts great sporting events, such as the Junior World Championships, Paralympics and the Alpine Skiing World Championships. In addition to 34 routes, of which the longest is 4 km long, there is also a Snowpark.

As much as 60% of routes are classified as difficult - red, 34% as easy - blue, and 6% as very difficult - black. Everyone, regardless of their level of advancement, will find a route suitable for them. The complex was created from the combination of four ski resorts operating there earlier.

A very popular event is also the spectacular, highlighted slalom, held cyclically since 2006.
