Silvretta Montafon

Silvretta Montafon is a ski resort, founded in 2008, after the merger of two resorts previously operating in that area - Silvretta Nova and Hochjoch. It is currently one of the 10 largest winter sports areas in Austria. It has over 140 km of certified ski and snowboard routes.

The routes are divided into four levels of difficulty - 34% of the routes are marked as very easy (green), 35% as easy (blue), 30% as difficult (red) and 10% as very difficult (black). The slopes, depending on the difficulty level, reach from 700 m to even 2430 m, so everyone is able to find the right route for their requirements and skills.

There are also 2 toboggan runs and 4 marked hiking trails. The resort has sports stores and several dining outlets.
