Lokaler Name: Monasterio de La Rábida
The history of the monastery dates back to the 13th century. It was built in a mixture of Gothic and Mudejar styles. There is also an exhibition hall with the flags of each of the American countries and a small ship containing soil from the New World. In 1856 the monastery was declared a national monument.
