Puente Romano in Merida is a bridge dating back to the Roman Empire. It was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is part of the largest archaeological site in Spain (there is also a theater, amphitheater, Trajan's Arch, Miracle Aqueduct and others). Currently, the bridge is 792 meters long and rests on 60 arches. It is the longest surviving ancient bridge.
