Mariä Himmelfahrt und St. Florian Kirche

Lokaler Name: Kościół pw. Wniebowzięcia NMP i św. Floriana

The Gothic temple was built in the 14th century on the site of an earlier church. Wnętzre can be visited throughout the year, between services or by telephone arrangement. It is worth paying attention to the marble sarcophagus with the figure of Bl. Bogumiła from 1666, the Gothic chancel from the 14th century, and the Rococo main altar from 1778. The entrance door with an iron lattice is also an example of Gothic art.

The temple was thoroughly rebuilt in the 16th century. Later, probably in the years 1666-1668, Fr. Boleszczyński founded the chapel. bl. Bogumił, where the hermit's relics are still buried today. The temple was badly damaged during World War II. However, it was rebuilt immediately after the war, in 1945-1946.
