The restored villa with a decorative park and a fountain is located in the exclusive area of Šiauliai. The building is one of the few in Lithuania that presents Art Nouveau architecture with elements of various styles on the facade. The exhibition tells about the culture of the Lithuanian province and the interwar city of Šiauliai with its Jewish heritage. The villa hosts exhibitions, concerts, film and music festivals.
