Basilika der Auferstehung in Kaunas

The building is an example of a monumental Roman Catholic temple in functional and art deco style. It holds the title of the largest basilica church in the Baltics. Construction work began in 1938 with the use of concrete and bricks. Today, there is a unique observation deck on the roof of the temple.
