Lungomare Trieste

Promenade connecting the Old Town of Salerno with the passenger port. It is 2 km long and is one of the longest in Italy. The walking path is shaded by palm trees and ornamental trees. There are benches here facing the sea. During the tourist season, the promenade is full of street theater and stalls. There are also fairs and open-air events, and the bars and restaurants located on the ground floors of the tenement houses and on the beach are full of nightlife.
