Eagle's Rock is a rock tower standing in the mountainous landscape of County Leitrim. Thanks to its height it is visible from long distances. In the upper part, the rock has almost vertical walls. Its top is relatively flat and covered with grass.
Orla Skała is 330 m above sea level. It is the highest free-standing rock formation in Ireland. The first ascent to its peak was recorded in 1971. The second confirmed entry took place only in 2002. Despite its low height, the rock is accessible only to people with climbing preparation and appropriate equipment. Its upper part is a vertical rock with numerous bends and furrows.
Eagle's Rock is a landmark in this part of Leitrim. It is visible from the coast and from many surrounding valleys. On the road below the rock, there is a small car park and a viewing point with information boards.
