It is South Tyrol's oldest museum, established in the second half of the 19th century. The exhibition is divided into thematic areas, mainly archeology, art and popular culture. You can find here medieval and baroque art, traditional Tyrolean handicrafts or the ethnographic collection of Karol Wohlgemuth.
