Kiutaköngäs

Kiutaköngäs is a waterfall on the Oulankajoki River, located in the Oulanka National Park. An approximately 1 km long nature trail leads to the tourist information point where the car park is located. It is best seen in April or May when it is fed with spring thaw water.

The Kiutaköngäs waterfall consists of a series of steep cascades extending over a total length of 325 m. The height difference from the top to the lowest point is 14 m, and the largest of the cascades is 4 m high.
