Sibelius Park is located in the center of Kotka. It was founded in a formal style in the 1930s according to the design of the garden architect Paul Olsson. Among the geometrically arranged alleys there are numerous sculptures, the most important of which is "Eagles" by Jussi Mäntynen, decorating the fountain located in the center of the park. In 2020, the park was awarded the Green Flag award.
