Blåvand Beach

The extensive white sand beach is divided into two parts - the north and the south. The southern part is a great place for a family afternoon. It has been awarded the Blue Flag, which confirms the quality of the water and services available here. The water here is calm and the entrance to it is gentle. You can swim and snorkel here.

There are toilets on the beach and a pier for walking and sunbathing in summer. During the season, bathers' safety is guarded by a team of lifeguards.

The northern part of the beach is wild and without infrastructure. It is not sheltered by any rocks, so the waves are quite high and suitable for surfing. It is also a good place to collect amber and walk along the picturesque dunes.
