Poiana Brașov

The modern ski area covers the Postăvarul mountain range. After modernization, which was carried out in 2010, there are 7 main ski runs with a total length of nearly 24 km. There are 2 routes for beginners, 2 for intermediate skiers and 3 for professionals.

The routes are supported by 11 lifts, which allow you to conveniently and quickly get from the lowest points of the resort to its top, located at an altitude of 1799 m above sea level. There are 2 gondola trams, 1 cable car, 2 chairlifts and 5 T-bar lifts. The youngest skiers can use the “Magic Carpet” belt lift.

The resort has a dozen or so restaurants that serve traditional mulled wine along with hot meals and țuică, an alcoholic drink seasoned with pepper spices.
