Kamenický Šenov is a tourist destination in the Bohemian Paradise, at the foot of the Lusatian Mountains. It is surrounded by mountainous, forest-covered landscapes, and there are interesting rock outcrops in the vicinity.

The town has existed since the 15th century, and in the 17th century it became the property of the Kinsky family. It was then that glass was made here, and these traditions have survived to this day. Today, more than 40 workshops are still operating in Kamenický Šenov, where glassware is produced by hand, often of high artistic value. There is also a Glass Museum, where you can learn about the history of this craft and see the old products of local artists.

The very location of Kamenické Šenov is very attractive. All around there are single peaks that look like green islands. There are many hiking and biking trails that favor the development of active tourism.

A big attraction in the vicinity of Kamenice Šenov is Pańska Rock, also known as the Organ. It is a huge basalt outcrop consisting of hundreds of adjoining columns formed during the solidification of the lava. From a distance they look like organ pipes and hence their common name.
