Museo Arqueológico Nacional de Taranto-Marta

The National Archaeological Museum houses, among others, one of the largest collections of ancient Greek artifacts, including the famous Taranto gold. The gallery was founded in 1887 and is located on the site of the former monastery of St. Pasquale in Baylon, built in the 18th century.
