Castillo Malaspina

Medieval castle standing on a high rocky hill above the town of Malspina. Its history dates back to the 12th century, but it was rebuilt in its present form in the 15th century. The castle served both representative and defense functions. In its courtyard and in the living rooms, you can see valuable frescoes, while from a distance you can admire high, inaccessible walls.
