Scoglio di Santa Rita

The small hill in the village of Roccaporena was traditionally a place of prayer and meditation for St. Rita. At the top there is a chapel built in 1919, restored and rebuilt in 1979 by the Roman architect Riccardo Leoni. Two depressions in the ground are shown to the faithful as Rita's knee prints.
