The vast, modern shopping mall was built in 2012 on the edge of the lagoon. It houses 150 clothing and footwear stores, drugstores, jewelery shops and retail and service outlets. There are many restaurants, cafes and fast-food stalls. On the first floor there are stands where you can buy artistic, hand-made jewelry, clothing and food.

One of the main attractions of the center is the Olympic-size ice rink, where there is a skate rental. Figure skating shows are also organized here. There is also a small amusement park for children on the lowest floor with carousels and electronic games. There is also a winter play area where the youngest can play in real snow.
