Museo Jean de La Fontaine

The Renaissance house from 1559, the birthplace of Jean de La Fontaine, is now a museum dedicated to him and his work. Established at the end of the 19th century, the museum now has a rich collection of La Fontaine's works, paintings and especially illustrations - from 17th-century works by François Chauveau to drawings by Salvador Dalí.
