Castillo de Rosenborg

The former suburban residence of the kings of Denmark now houses a museum dedicated to the Danish monarchs of the Oldenburg dynasty from the 16th to the 19th centuries. The building was built in the style of the Dutch Renaissance. The museum was opened in 1838.
The royal chambers are fully equipped, mostly from the 17th and 18th centuries.
