St. Stephen's Church

The church was built in the first half XVII century on the site of an ancient mosque. It was the first Christian temple in Valencia. The Gothic church was rebuilt in the Baroque style in the second half. Eighteenth century. Despite the modernization, the gothic rib vault, characteristic of the Gothic style, has been preserved. The interior is also decorated with a neoclassical high altar.
