The church was built in the 13th century in the Gothic style. The facility received the status of a national monument. In the 16th century, part of the temple burned down in a fire. A characteristic feature of the building is the belfry with the clock from the second half. XVII century by Juan Bautista Viñes. The current baroque appearance of the church is the result of an eighteenth-century reconstruction.
