The monastery dates back to the 11th century, but owes its gothic appearance to reconstructions from the 15th and 16th centuries. Inside, the main attention is the choir, the Baroque main altar and the royal pantheon of the kings of Navarre, Castile and the Kingdom of Leon. The decorated sarcophagi located here are also worth seeing.
