Parque natural Posets-Maladeta is a protected landscape area with the greatest number of peaks above 3000 m above sea level, including the highest peak of the Pyrenees - Aneto (3404 meters above sea level). The glaciers cover an area of almost 350 hectares - they are a natural monument of the Pyrenean glaciers. Beautifully situated glacial lakes make an amazing impression, there are a total of 95 of them here. There is a tourist center in Benasc.
