Discovered in 1939, the cave is located on the slope of Mount Raduha at an altitude of 1556 m above sea level. It is the highest cave in Slovenia, 1062 m long and 630 m wide. Inside the cave there is a large ice hall and an ice lake measuring 35 by 20 m.
