Niš Fortress

Fortifications come mainly from the Ottoman-Turkish era of the first half of the 18th century, and were built on the remains of Roman and Byzantine times. To modern times have survived, among others arsenal, Turkish bath from the 15th century, ruins of the Roman bath, mosque and lapidarium with a collection of tombstones.
