Ostrów beach is characterized by soft sand and a very gentle lowering of the seabed. There are two guarded beaches in the season. This is a family-friendly place with young children. In addition to standard facilities, Ostrów offers numerous forms of active recreation (tennis, Nordic walking, gym) and natural sights (the highest Polish cliff).
In Ostrów you can enjoy lighted tennis courts or urban recreational areas (basketball court, mini soccer field, outdoor gym). In the nearby Jastrzębia Góra there is the highest cliff on the Polish coast, reaching 33 m above sea level. Near Ostrów, about 30 km of different difficulty routes are designated for Nordic Walking.
In the distance of 10 km from Ostrow you can take advantage of horse riding horse riding, or visit Castle Krokowa (castle restaurant specializing in game dishes). In Ostrów itself, you will find the historic Kashubian hut dating back to the 18th century. It is a typical building with a skeletal structure filled with clay covered with reed.
