In a series of over 100 old cottages in the center of Chocholowa you can see not only wonderful wooden monuments, but also interesting institutions that are housed in them. At number 28 in Chocholow there is the Regional Chamber created by Jan Zięder, which houses various types of objects of folk culture.
The establishment of the Regional Chamber in Chocholow was aimed at showing the tourists of Podhale region art and culture. The work of the local sculptor, Jan Zięder, is located in the Regional Chamber. The craftsmanship of the Podhalan master perfectly reflects the folk culture of this region.
The Regional Chamber, as well as the entire complex of historic cottages (some of which are over 100 years old) has been under UNESCO patronage.
