The Art Nouveau Center was opened in 2003 by Queen Sonja. Its seat is an Art Nouveau building designed by the Norwegian architect Hagbart Martin Schytte-Berg. You can see multimedia exhibitions such as "From Ashes to Art Nouveau" (a return to the times before the fire of the city in 1904).
