The Klaipeda Zoo started its activity in 2001, on the initiative of Edward Legeck. Since then, the infrastructure of attractions has been constantly expanding, and the garden has gained new inhabitants: there are about 200 animals of 150 species in the zoo. One of the most unique is the unique white tiger.
