The fountain is located in the center of the Drouet d'Erlon square. It was built in 1906 according to the design of André Najoux. On the pedestal you can see the statue of the Angel of Victory. It is surrounded by four other statues, symbolizing the rivers: Marne, Vesle, Suippe and Aisne.
