The nature park includes a wooded plateau around Mount Reims and the Champagne vineyards, where the famous champagne is produced. There are numerous paths as well as walking and cycling routes on its territory. There are also long-distance hiking trails, including the "Ardennes Trail" and the "Champagne Trail".
There are over 150 species of plants, 36 species of mammals, 59 species of insects and numerous birds, reptiles and amphibians in the park. You can meet here, among others roe deer, wild boar, foxes, wildcats and deer. There are also storks, woodcocks, teals and the increasing numbers of the owl, the common owl.
While visiting the park, it is also worth paying attention to the architectural and cultural heritage preserved there. There are nearly 60 monuments here, including 22 religious buildings, 13 champagne houses and 4 war memorials.
