The modernist villa was built in 1928-1930. It consists of a white parallelepiped supported by thin columns and topped with roof terraces. The building measures 9.40 m high, 21.5 m long and 19 m wide. Together with 16 other Le Corbusier projects, it has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
