A medium-term defensive castle consisting of a central keep and the surrounding defense walls with round corner towers. The interior has a neo-Gothic interior from the mid-nineteenth century. There is also a chapel in the Arab-Byzantine style. The castle has been owned by the de la Mothe family for over 700 years.
