Ounasvaara Ski Oy is a ski resort located near Rovaniemi town center. In its area, 10 slopes have been built, intended for both experienced and beginner skiers and children. Most of the slopes are 500-600 m long, the longest of which is 1.5 km and the maximum height difference is 140 m.
There are 4 ski lifts and a carpet lift in Ounasvaara Ski Oy. There is also a freeride slope, a toboggan run, a ski school and equipment rental. In addition, about 100 km of cross-country ski runs have been marked out here.
Ounasvaara Ski Oy is also worth visiting in summer. There are numerous trekking and cycling routes, and an 18-hole golf course has been built in the courtyard of the ski resort.
