Gastein Museum

The museum tells the story of the spa town of Bad Gastein. The museum began with an exhibition organized in 1936 to mark the jubilee of the spa and the 500th anniversary of the stay of Emperor Frederick III in the city. Over time, the exhibition has been enriched with various souvenirs, minerals, as well as paintings by local artists. The museum is located in the historic Grand Hotel building.
